I was just looking at a thread about this subject from when they first introduced The Colt to the show. It was on a site for movie props & replicas. Everyone agreed, and I do as well, that the base gun for The Colt was a Pietta Colt 1836 Patterson Extra Deluxe. I'd hoped I could post a pic here of it? it was indeed a Patterson colt from 1836 however to create a bigger mystery arround the gun they said it was made in 1835 when Haley's comet whas overhead.Sorry for my bad englisch grammatics. Do you find this valuable? |
