RE: characters Jan 23 2009, 5:27 PM EST I liked John but I think if they'd kept him on it would have stopped being a show about two brothers on a road trip and become two brothers following their father's orders and argueing with him all the time. RE: characters Jan 24 2009, 7:53 AM EST your right. the show has continued on the right track. but i would have liked to have seen how the relationship between sam and john would have gone. hey, did anyone pick up on sam's momentary yellow eyes? it was just for a few seconds, but it was there. my vcr died so i can't go back and tell you which episode, but they were standing at the back of the impala talking and all of a sudden sam's eyes were yellow. wonder where this one is going to go. TheNiteHawke	3. RE: characters Jan 24 2009, 1:15 PM EST It was "Yellow Fever". Sam asked Dean what form his hallucinations took toward the end. It looked like Dean was going to tell him the truth but when he glanced at Sam, there was just a brief pulse of yellow in his eyes. Dean turned away and said "Howler monkeys, a whole room full of 'em. Damn things creep me out." Appears as though it's going to go down the path of Sammy going dark-side, doesn't it? RE: characters Jan 24 2009, 2:13 PM EST yes. particularly with his decision to go with ruby to hunt lilith. this season is truly going to be a contidiction with the angels on dean's side and ruby on sam's. i am also wondering if dean's guilt is tied to something he may have heard while in hell. maybe they could not break john and he is ashamed that he broke.when his father did not. any ideas? TheNiteHawke	5. RE: characters Jan 25 2009, 7:21 AM EST Again, from Yellow Fever, when Dean asked Lilith "Why me?" she responded "Silly! You know why." But we haven't yet found out what she meant. I think Dean discovered in Hell that he is the only one who will be able to stop Sam if he goes dark side but it may mean killing Sam to do so. I guess we'll find out. RE: characters Jan 25 2009, 11:38 AM EST lets hope she meant that he is the only one who can kill the demoon inside sam. that would be a horrible ending to a great show. we will just have to wait to find out. woul love to send a bd letter to jens but old computers will not let you do some things.
