You know what's sad? The NEW Chevy Impala. It looks like something your Granny might drive - if she were dead.
You can see it here: http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/ViewModelDetail/make=Chevrolet/model=Impala/?mktcat=chevrolet-impala-multimedia-ad-copy&kw=chevrolet+impala+multimedia+ad+copy&mktid=gc28322679

And actually, it IS a '67 Impala - several of them, to be exact. Don't forget, this car has been rebuilt. And it has very likely been lowered as well. Compare pics of these cars for sale online.
I even found some idiot on another site claiming that it is a Chevy Caprice! All I can say is, apparently he's never actually SEEN a Caprice. The front end was both thicker and slightly shorter than the Impala.

Actually, I know poeple with genuine Chevy Impalas... In fact, I got to go to my formal last year in one... a 69 impala convertable, in perfect condition, monster sound (we had ACDC and The Angels playing the whole way), and we got it for half price (like 150$AUD for 3 hours or so) because my dad knew the owner's father-in-law.

Unfortunatly it's hard to find a decent one for sale... I really want a mechanic boyfriend to help me make one from scrap though... would be abosolutely awsome, even if the insides weren't genuine as long as it looked the same... petrol would be awful though, especially as I have no fake credit cards like Dean.

Yeah, they were definitely gas guzzlers! I think the one my brother had got about 18 mpg, lol.
This is why he had the detailer put "running on empty" across the back of the trunk! Truer words have never been printed on the back end of the car.
